Pre- contract
Loss adjuster/Insurer/Policyholder contacts CRL office via phone or email following loss - Escape of water, Fire, Impact, Subsidence issue
Access Damage
CRL surveyor will make appointment with the policyholder to view the damage, measure etc
Schedule of Works
Schedule of works is produced for the client and emailed
Project Management
Following authorisation, CRL office will organise trades to start the project at the clients convenience, compile H&S paperwork and manage from start to finish
Sign Off
Upon completion of the works, policyholder signs off the works
Payment
Invoice submitted to Insurer/Loss adjuster
